Yoga for kids: this event in English will help your children physically, mentally and academically.
Another of the events in English that we offer for April at the FunTalk center in Barcelona is the yoga workshop for children. Daily chores and today’s hectic pace of life also affect children.
Childhood stress is the order of the day
And behavior and academic performance are affected by it.
Children love this alternative activity because it provides them with the necessary tools to improve their concentration, relax and channel their emotions. Parents are also enthusiastic about this activity because both the linguistic and mental benefits are noticeable from the very first session. Every day more and more parents realize how much yoga benefits children.
This event for children will be conducted entirely in English and will take place on April 20. Its duration will be one hour from 18h – 19h or 19h – 20h.
It will be led by our colleague Clare, a teacher at our English center in Barcelona. Clare also has extensive previous experience teaching yoga classes and, thanks to her full mastery of the discipline, she is able to help children improve their flexibility, balance, coordination and concentration.

Fun Art Painting & Wine. The perfect combination to learn and practice English in a relaxed and entertaining way.
Painting & Wine is one of the most successful English language events organized by FunTalk in its center of
Barcelona. Not surprisingly, because fine arts are in fashion!
And if they have become fashionable it is for a reason, who has not seen a proliferation of mandala books in bookstores lately? Painting is a very relaxing activity; perfect to forget the stress of everyday life. The best thing is that it is not necessary to have previous knowledge of painting.
Mia, our English teacher with a degree in Fine Arts, makes sure that all participants have a good time.

This English-language film workshop benefits from the naturalness of the language in the films and the infinite number of contexts it presents, creating the perfect framework for the participants’ communication skills.
