Cira
in addition to passing the FCE, scored 178 out of 190 on the exam! He is now studying to obtain the CAE and continue his high school studies. Way to go, Cira!
Ignasi
studied very hard during the whole of last year to finally take the CAE in July, passing with a 191 out of 210. The most difficult part of the exam for him was the “Use of English” and that is why during the course he put a lot of effort into preparing for this part, so much so that it was the part of the exam in which he got the best score. Well done, Ignasi!
Carlota
studied Economics at the University of Barcelona and had to get the First Certificate (FCE) if she wanted to be able to do a postgraduate course in International Hotel Management. Here is his testimony; “I passed the First in February. I could not have passed without going to English classes. I took classes for a year and then did an intensive course during the two months prior to the exam and
it was really worth it. I improved a lot especially the speaking part, but also the other sections of the exam. I would like to highlight the kindness of the professor and the amount of resourcesthat he made available to me. I recommend GetEnglish without a doubt!”
Thank you Carlota, you did a great job!
Carme
is an English teacher at Sant Jaume elementary school in El Prat de Llobregat. After several years of studying at GetEnglish, she finally decided to put her English to the test this summer. Not only did she pass the competitive exams, but she single-handedly and very intrepidly embarked on a long-awaited journey through the southwestern United States to discover and enjoy some of the most incredible national parks in the world. In addition to using and expanding her already by then extensive knowledge of the language, she returned with a renewed sense of self-confidence and self-improvement and, most important of all, an unforgettable experience that is not measured on any school’s grading scale.
These are some of the success stories we have come across during our time at GetEnglish. Let us help you create your own and contact us if you want to know how we can do it.
