Schedules and prices for the one-day camp
One-day camp dates match the non-school days in the school calendar. Places are very limited: groups are 4 to 9 children, so it’s best to book as soon as a date is published.

Total English immersion through creative workshops and outdoor activities, in a single day
For the days the school calendar doesn't cover
Every school year there are a handful of days when school closes but the office doesn’t: staff training days, long weekends, local holidays. Families usually get through them with grandparents, favours or holiday days they’d rather spend on something else.
The one-day camp is designed for exactly that. We publish dates that match the non-school days and offer mornings until 1:30 pm or full days until 4:30 pm, so it covers the working day.
And instead of a day lost in front of a screen, it’s a day of English immersion with workshops, cooking and outings. Children come home tired and happy, which is the only reliable sign a day has worked.
English language immersion
Even though children don’t physically travel to other parts of the world, the immersion during the one-day camp is total, because only English is spoken all day: in the activities, the classes and the workshops.
We also make the most of every moment of the daily routine to introduce new vocabulary, practise expressions and learn to handle situations as they come up. Lunchtime, playtime, snack time or spontaneous games give as much to work with as a prepared workshop, or more.
That variety of situations is what completes the immersion of the multi-themed workshops and outdoor activities. By the end of the day, a child has used English to ask, negotiate, describe and complain, which is what a language is for.
Some of the workshops they'll do during the day
- Cooking
- Gardening
- Science experiments
- Crafts
- Games
In all of them we do varied and entertaining projects, always in English, that lead to learning the language without children feeling it’s a class.
Among the favourite activities are the outdoor trips. We make the most of the good weather with activities outside, which give endless chances to practise vocabulary and expressions different from those in the classroom.
That time outdoors gives children the sunshine and fresh air they love so much, which benefits both their English learning and their health in general.
